A consistent, professionally formatted email signature helps strengthen SMU’s brand identity and presents a polished image in every email. Use the following template as a starting point by copying it into Outlook > Draft > Signatures, then customize it with your own contact information. SMU also provides an to make the process of creating your digital signature easier.
Please note: While you may want to highlight recent accomplishments or personalize your signature, please do not add promotional links, book announcements, custom fonts, colored text, images, quotes, or other non-standard elements. Using the approved signature format helps present a consistent, professional identity for SMU in every email.
